Assessments
As our simulations include a number of evaluation criteria, they are perfect tools for assessment, e.g. in a recruitment context. A user can be assessed against the immediate peer group in the same simulation, as well as against a benchmark made from data built up over a long time.
Following one of our simulations as an observer can give that person very valuable information about behavior, thinking and ethics of the simulation users. Many professionals have been amazed how well the outcome of our assessment match their own observations, e.g. with regard to trading.
