Next you invite selected candidates to take part simultaneously at in-house Trade Sim that we will completely set up and run; we provide all equipment and the entire event will take half a day.
Candidates are connected to each other via networked computers - thus re-creating a virtual 'dealing room' environment in which they 'compete' against each other. Each computer represents the trading desk of one trader, at which the participant has access to news, phone lines and graphs of the traded security.
During the simulation, you and your colleagues can observe how candidates 'handle' the dealing room environment and of course our experts are on hand to answer questions. Post simulation, we provide a breakdown of candidates risk profile, traders profile and profitability and if necessary our experts can provide a more in depth analysis.
