Training
Our simulations are excellent for training purposes as they focus not only on the end-results but also on behaviors and the thinking processes during the simulations. The quantitative outcome from the debriefing tool, together with a qualitative discussion about the activities during the simulations, easily identifies areas for improvement for all users. The users can look upon others' strengths and weaknesses next to their own and learn from that.
Since our simulations can be tailor-made it is easy to include specific learning objectives. With the results from the debriefing tool improvements are easy to measure over time and behavior can be adjusted, if needed.
Learning-by-doing is the best method to get adults to excel. With our simulations the users get to do exactly that - and have fun at the same time.
